The Dealership was very professional and Mr. Sankar was very knowledgeable of the vehicle we were looking for. As we were in the market for a new Vehicle in which we were going to purchase another BMW until we meet with Mr Sankar he provided such excellent service we couldn't turn down the deal for our new Vehicle.

I purchased a 2012 C250 a year ago from Jeff Garris and brought the vehicle in for its 10,000 mile service. The new 2013 E350 caught my attention and found myself trading in the C250 and buying the E350.
I'll speak to my experience after I purchased the C250. Three days after purchasing the vehicle, Jeff called to see if I had any questions. He mentioned he would call back in two weeks giving me some time to drive my new Mercedes and to see if I might have any other questions about the vehicle. True to his word, he did.
Six months later, I received an email from Jeff letting me know he was available for any assistance I might need and reminding me of their free airport parking service.
I also received an wonderful birthday e-card from Mercedes of South Atlanta.
As I approached 10,000 miles on my Mercedes, I received an email reminding me to schedule a service.

I've owned many luxury vehicles and have purchased from other dealerships whose sales staff came across as pretentious- you won't find that here.

The dealership is a friendly place great customer service. Knowledgeable sales person willing to take you on a ride in your car of choice to seal the deal.
The entire staff was friendly and helpful. I particularly enjoyed working with Sankar Henderson. During the course of searching for a car, I test drove cars at other dealers. I was often struck by either the lack or attention or the overwhelmingly condescending way I was addressed.
That was never the case with Sankar. He made a point of learning what research I had done about the GLK, and then he worked to augment that research with information about added features and details. He was friendly, helpful, and very responsive each time I had a question.
On the whole, it was a pleasant, low pressure experience. I would absolutely recommend working with both the dealership and Sankar.
