I was very apprehensive about visiting a dealership because I did not want high pressure sales. I had a 1997 Mercedes that I loved and wanted a quality vehcile that I know Mercedes produces. I was allowed to drive as many vehicles as I needed to come to a decision without feeling that I was wasting the sales consultant's time. Although I had not planned to drive off the lot with a new car - I did. It was because of the sales expertise of Felix Brown and the vehicle knowledge of Charles Eguavoen that I decided to purchase that day. Felix was exceptional in his sales ability (friendly but not over bearing). Charles was exceptional at listening to what I needed and providing honest feeback as to his opinoin of what vehicle was compatible with my lifestyle. Although I could afford to purchase any vehicle, they did not steer me toward the most expensive car but toward the vehicle that was most compatible with my needs. I will not only return when I find it necessary to purchase a new car, I will also refer your dealership to my friends and coworkers. I also feel that I received a good value for my money and don't feel as though I over paid for the vehicle - therefore , even if I did, I am satisfied. Bravo - you guys have a very satisfied customer. I will also bring my old Mercedes and my new one to your dealership to be maintained because I trust you. There can be no higher compliment.

The experience with Mercedes-Benz of South Atlanta was pleasurable to say the least. My wife and I have previously purchased 14 vehicles combined and this purchase is the only one that we can say was hassle free. We are both rather conservative in nature (including vehicles typically purchased) and have experienced being stereotyped upon arrival at other dealerships. This was not the case with Mercedes-Benz of South Atlanta! We were greeted and treated with respect and as potential customers. We were impressed with the courteous nature and professionalism of those who were directly (and indirectly) involved with the sale of the vehicle. Having 47 years experience in automotive/customer service fields combined, we felt very welcomed which helped us to decide to purchase from this dealership of our first Mercedes-Benz. My wife and I look forward to a lasting relationship with Mercedes-Benz of South Atlanta.
